I will perform "innehalten" (to pause) by Volker Blumenthaler, written in 2008. This set of 32 fragments is meant to evoke brief but vivid glimpses or impressions, similar to what a camera does in capturing a moment, or a scene. It is part of a concert of works by living composers, who will be present at the event.
